Advertising Disclaimer

How CAQA Marketing’s compliant-marketing support works and what remains each client’s responsibility.

Information on the CAQA Marketing website is general in nature and is not a substitute for tailored professional advice. CAQA provides consulting advice through agreed scopes of work based on the information supplied by the client, applicable regulatory settings and the purpose of the engagement. Regulatory, funding, accreditation, audit, legal, financial, certification or approval outcomes are determined by the relevant authority, body or decision-maker and cannot be guaranteed by website content.

Purpose of this disclaimer

This Advertising Disclaimer explains how CAQA Marketing’s compliant-marketing support works, what our team does, and what always remains the responsibility of the client. It applies to the content of this website and to the advertising, campaign, content, branding and digital-growth work we deliver for education providers — including RTOs, CRICOS and ELICOS colleges, TAFEs, universities and higher education institutions — and for businesses and government bodies.

What CAQA Marketing does

CAQA Marketing can assist clients to develop compliant marketing. We help plan campaigns, draft and design advertising and content, review marketing materials against relevant obligations — such as the marketing requirements that apply to RTOs and CRICOS providers, the Australian Consumer Law’s prohibitions on misleading or deceptive conduct, the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) for electronic messages, and platform advertising policies — and recommend changes that reduce compliance risk. Our review is a professional service based on the information the client gives us and the regulatory settings that apply at the time it is performed.

What remains the client’s responsibility

While CAQA Marketing can assist with compliant marketing, clients remain responsible for:

CAQA Marketing does not publish material without client approval, and a client’s approval of material is confirmation that the client has verified its claims, evidence and disclosures.

No guarantee of regulatory outcomes

Regulators and authorities — including the Australian Skills Quality Authority, the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, and state and territory regulators and funding bodies — make their own decisions. Assistance from CAQA Marketing does not guarantee that a regulator, platform or complaints body will accept a particular advertisement, claim or campaign.

No guarantee of marketing results

Marketing performance depends on factors outside any agency’s control, including budgets, competition, seasonality, platform algorithms and audience behaviour. Figures on this website or in proposals — such as reach, rankings, traffic, lead volumes, enrolments or revenue — are estimates or historical examples, not promises. Our Campaign Terms explain how performance estimates and lead quality are handled in live campaigns.

Third-party platforms

Advertising platforms such as Google, Meta and LinkedIn apply their own advertising policies, review processes and account rules, and may reject, pause or remove advertising at any time. CAQA Marketing is not responsible for platform decisions, outages, pricing changes or policy changes.

Awards, testimonials and case studies

Awards, results and case studies published on this website reflect specific engagements at specific times. They do not guarantee that other clients will achieve similar outcomes.

General information and no payments

Content on this website is provided for general information and does not, of itself, create a client relationship. Services are engaged under written proposals and our Client Engagement Terms, and no payments are taken through this website itself.
