How CAQA Marketing campaigns are scoped, budgeted, approved, measured and managed.
These Campaign Terms apply to marketing campaigns planned, produced or managed by CAQA Marketing, part of CAQA Groups and a Career Calling International Pty Ltd initiative (ABN 53 162 651 238). They explain how campaign budgets, approvals, lead quality, performance estimates and third-party platforms are handled for the education providers, businesses and government bodies we work with. They operate alongside our Client Engagement Terms, which govern the overall client relationship, and our Advertising Disclaimer, which explains where responsibility for compliant marketing sits. No campaigns are purchased or paid for through this website; every campaign begins with a written scope.
Each campaign is defined in a written brief, proposal or campaign plan that records the objective, the audience, the channels, the creative deliverables, the schedule, the budget and the measures of success. Work begins when the client approves the campaign plan. Anything not recorded in the plan is out of scope until agreed in writing.
Campaign budgets distinguish between service fees payable to CAQA Marketing and media spend payable to advertising platforms. Media spend is normally paid by the client directly to the platform through the client’s own advertising accounts, or is invoiced at cost where we administer spend on the client’s behalf. We will not exceed an approved budget without written approval. Platform pricing is set by auction and can fluctuate; where spend pacing needs adjustment, we will recommend changes before they are made.
Clients approve all campaign materials before launch, including advertisements, landing pages, email sequences, scripts and creative assets. Approval confirms that the client has verified the accuracy of claims, pricing, offers and required regulatory disclosures, as set out in our Advertising Disclaimer. Where a client requests changes after approval, the change may affect timelines, fees or performance.
Any forecast we provide — impressions, clicks, cost-per-lead, enrolment or sales projections — is an estimate prepared in good faith from available data, historical benchmarks and platform planning tools. Estimates are not guarantees. Actual results vary with budget, competition, seasonality, creative performance, landing-page experience, platform algorithm changes and audience behaviour. We report actual performance so that campaigns can be adjusted, and we will tell you promptly if results are tracking materially below expectations.
A lead is an expression of interest, not a confirmed customer or enrolment. Lead volume and quality depend on targeting, offer, budget and the speed and quality of the client’s follow-up. We design campaigns to attract genuinely interested, eligible audiences and to filter obvious spam, but we cannot guarantee that any individual lead will convert, and leads are not returnable on the basis that they did not convert. Clients must handle lead data in line with privacy law and their own privacy policy, and must not contact leads in breach of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) or the Do Not Call Register.
Campaigns rely on platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and email service providers. These platforms apply their own advertising policies and may reject, limit, pause or remove advertising, change pricing or alter features at any time. CAQA Marketing is not responsible for platform decisions or outages, but will work with the client to adapt the campaign where they occur. Advertising accounts, pages and profiles opened in the client’s name remain the client’s property; access arrangements are recorded in the campaign plan.
Creative produced for an approved, paid campaign is licensed or assigned to the client as recorded in the engagement scope. CAQA Marketing retains its pre-existing tools, templates and know-how. Campaign performance data is shared with the client through agreed reports.
Either party may propose changes to a live campaign; agreed changes are confirmed in writing. Clients may pause or cancel a campaign with written notice. Fees for work performed and media spend already committed to platforms up to the effective date remain payable, and we will minimise committed spend where reasonably practicable. Cancellation of the wider engagement is dealt with under the Client Engagement Terms.
Campaign fees are set out in the approved proposal and invoiced under the Client Engagement Terms. No payments are made through this website.
